"The 24 Carat Pets used to be second hand toys or collector's items, made from wood, plastic and porcelain. We collected them on fleamarkets, attics and in second hand shops and attached a loop to each of them - using different methods, such as tape, string and tie-wrap. A glaze of pure 24 carat gold holds the pendant and the loop together and transforms them into magnificent and unique pieces of jewelry."
