I have always wanted a ceiling in my dream house/apartment to be all bulbs or chinese lanterns or some idea of an amorphic plane of light. Here, the Private Roof Club of the Gramercy Park Hotel has gone and made it a reality. More than just the ceiling, the rooftop bar has some stellar views.
