For those of you who do not know her work - once you see it you will never forget. Yayoi Kusama is OBSESSED with dots. There are other shapes she works with, but the dot is her main inspiration. Repetition and the simplicity of a shape repeating, taking over and ultimately transfiguring a space is pervasive in her work. She has two exhibitions running concurrently in New Zealand and Japan.
